Job Responsibilities:

　　1. According to the company's strategy, organize and carry out research, project establishment, planning, negotiation, etc. for the introduction and development of pharmaceutical products;

　　2. Establish partnership with domestic pharmaceutical companies；

　　3. Responsible for project plan review and contract review, and discuss and determine contract terms on behalf of the company and customers;

　　4. Coordinate the relationship between the relevant parties of the product development project and promote the implementation of related projects;

　　5. Responsible for tracking the implementation of the contract and handling customer feedback;

　　6. Improve and optimize the work process and establish a complete and scientific management system;

　　7. Complete other related tasks arranged by the leader.

　　Qualifications:

　　1. Major in medicine or pharmacy, bachelor degree or above, graduated from the Japanese Pharmacy Class of Pharmaceutical University is preferred;

　　2. More than 3 years of business work experience in the CRO industry; familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry and the current status of the pharmaceutical product market;

　　3. Possess strong market research ability, good communication ability, understanding ability and ability to withstand pressure;

　　4. Good foreign language skills (CET-6).
