Job Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the company’s strategy, organize and carry out research, project initiation, planning, and negotiation activities for pharmaceutical product introduction and development projects.

2. Establish partnerships with domestic pharmaceutical companies;

3. Responsible for reviewing project proposals and contracts, and representing the company in discussions and finalizing contract terms with clients.

4. Coordinate the relationships among all relevant parties involved in product development projects and promote the implementation of these projects.

5. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of contracts and handling customer feedback;

6. Improve and optimize work processes, and establish a comprehensive and scientific management system.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a medical or pharmaceutical-related field; preference given to graduates of the Japanese-language pharmacy program at a pharmacy university.

2. More than 3 years of business experience in the CRO industry; familiar with relevant laws and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector as well as the current market conditions for pharmaceutical products.

3. Possess strong market research skills, excellent communication skills, strong comprehension abilities, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.

4. Good foreign language skills (English Level 6).
